Project consists of 11 sub-projects falling in different regions of AACM (Zakhir 1, Zakhir 2, Midtown, Mazyad, Salamat 1, Salamat 2, Um Ghaffa 1, Um Ghaffa 2, Abu Samra, Al Saad, Al Aqabiyyah) areas
SCOPE OF WORK
- 001Demolition and site clearance, Earth works
- 002Road Works: Grading, paving, and signing and marking
- 003Water Supply System: main water supply network
- 004Wastewater System: Pipe installation and house connections
- 005Stormwater Drainage: Pipes, manholes, inlets, etc.
- 006Power Network, Telecom Infrastructure, Street Lighting: Installation of lighting systems
- 007Landscape (optional): hardscape, landscape and furnishing etc.
- 008Installation of irrigation pipes and a new reservoir, including connections to existing systems
- 009Utility Buildings etc.
