As the island was preparing for the first ever Formula One race in Abu Dhabi, NBHH was proudly staking a claim as the group that made it possible for spectators to reach the circuit, and experience the event first hand; Basically, the road networks within the complex and the infrastructure that supports it have been constructed by our group. In that latter event alone, NBHH has contracted and achieved six infrastructure contracts as follows: - Package 2B, the main infrastructure works contract - Formula One gateway park, infrastructure and landscaping package - Underground potable water tank - Retail Mall phase 1A, roads and infrastructure works - Ferrari World theme park and environs, roads and utilities works - Marina area, hard and soft landscaping, roads and infrastructure works 920 staff members and construction workers have participated to the successful completion of this project and to its timely handover. The project team managed all the different road blocks and challenges, delivering the works on schedule, while accommodating design changes and

The Upper Zakum Oil Field is the largest producing field in ADNOC's portfolio. It is also the second-largest offshore oil field and the fourth-largest oil field in the world. The UZ750 project involved the construction of four artificial islands, comprising a central complex housing the processing facilities as well as the north, south and west satellite platforms.

The Saadiyat Beach Apartments project is located on Saadiyat Island, an island just to the north of the city of Abu Dhabi. Saadiyat will be a master planned community of approximately 150,000 residents and will offer island users a range of housing, employment, retail, entertainment and outdoor parks and natural preservation areas. The project site is a Greenfield development located on the land parcels SB-21. The site land use is assigned as residential and the total GFA of approximately 77,037 m2.

The project is located in the western region of Abu Dhabi, and is part of the oil and gas field of ASAB. Petrofac has awarded the contract to NBHH in 2008 for a contract duration of 44 months. Given the location of the project, in the middle of the desert, and taking into account the requirements and constraints related to working with the oil and gas industry, the logistics became a critical aspect of the works and the strict implementation of all safety, quality and environmental procedures became a must. Over 1000 staff from NBHH were trained to work in this environment, and were an integral part of this challenging achievement.
