THE CHALLENGE
NBHH construction project of the largest mall in Al Ain (Bawadi Mall), the prestige of Al Ain and made known throughout United Arab Emirates and surrounding communities. Bawadi Mall Project is a multi-purpose development comprising 145,000 sq.m shopping mall, with 400 retail outlets left as 'shell and core' to enable fit out works for leading brands such as: Carrefour, Marks & Spencer, Centre Points, Toys 'R' Us, Paris Gallery, ACE Hardware, Homes 'R' Us, Various International Fast Foods & Restaurants Outlets and Cafés, etc.
