THE CHALLENGE
The project comprises construction, completion, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the 'Deep Services Package' of DAMAC ISLANDS. The details of the 'Deep Services Package' of DAMAC Islands for this package totalling to approx. 279.33 ha are outlined
SCOPE OF WORK
- 001Design & construction of a new 33/11kV Brick-built Primary Substation at Al Amerah – 33kV GIS switchgear, 11kV AIS/GIS/HYBRID switchgear, 3 nos. 33/11.5kV power transformers of 20MVA, 2 nos. 500kVA, 11/0.415kV auxiliary transformers, RTU system, HVAC systems, Fire Fighting system

- 003Civil works – new internal roadwork network, cycle ways, footways, bus stops, parking, existing road network, new sewerage network, new stormwater network, new potable water and firefighting network, new street lighting network, Telecom services, new ADMCC ducting and manholes, Future ducts, new Streetscape/ Sikas and public realm, new primary irrigation network, soft landscaping, Service house connections for power, telecom, sewerage, water and storm water works etc.
