THE CHALLENGE
The Project includes for the construction for the infrastructure works and public realm to the the ROW for the Phase 2 development area. The total Site area for the project is 8,890,483.00 m2.
SCOPE OF WORK
- 001Sewer Network is almost 86 km of uPVC & GRP pipes
- 002Storm Water Network is almost 104 km of GRP pipes
- 003Construction of approximately 112,559 m of HDPE potable water networks
- 004Irrigation network within Phase 2 is approximately 78,756 m
- 005Street lighting control cabinets and distribution boards
- 006Gas distribution network
- 007Construction of roadways consists of approximately 744,000 m2
